Most coaches assume. We measure. Before a single rep is programmed, every major joint capsule, soft tissue length, and movement pattern is assessed hands-on. Movements are filmed. Joint angles are calculated. Bilateral asymmetries are identified and documented. Nothing is estimated, nothing is guessed.

Each assessment maps your structural baseline — the actual architecture your programme must be built around. Compensatory mechanics, mobility deficits, and load tolerance thresholds are all identified before training begins.

Approximation is why most training fails to produce exceptional results. This consultation exists to change that.

Shoulder Complex
Glenohumeral internal and external rotation range. Scapular upward rotation, thoracic extension capacity, and overhead load tolerance — all assessed and filmed.
Hip & Pelvis
Femoral internal and external rotation, anterior pelvic tilt, hip flexor length, and posterior chain elasticity. Pike and straddle end-range quantified bilaterally.
Thoracic Spine
Segmental mobility, rotational range, and extension capacity assessed in isolation and under integrated movement demand. Restrictions mapped against postural compensation patterns.
Fundamental Patterns
Squat, hinge, push, pull, lunge, and carry. Each screened for compensatory mechanics, bilateral asymmetry, and load tolerance — filmed and broken down frame by frame.
Ankle & Foot
Dorsiflexion range assessed bilaterally. Subtalar mechanics and arch stability evaluated for their cascading effect on knee tracking, hip loading, and lumbar positioning.
Core & Lumbar
Intra-abdominal pressure management, anti-extension and anti-rotation capacity, and lumbar stability under progressive dynamic load. Segmental control assessed and documented.

Your Personal Consultation

The process begins with a brief introductory call. If aligned, we proceed to a detailed in-person consultation to assess training history, movement capacity, and long-term intent. Precision requires alignment. We establish both before training begins.

Integrated Health & Performance Assessment

A detailed review of your movement quality, structural balance, and injury history. Through biomechanical analysis - the same lens used to build gymnastic athletes - we identify limitations and inefficiencies most coaches never see. Collaboration with qualified health professionals where necessary.

Your Program, Built for You

Every programme is constructed entirely from your assessment data — your body, your movement profile, your goals. Nothing is templated. Nothing is borrowed from another client. Every phase, every exercise selection, every loading parameter is specific to you. You receive a complete, periodised programme built around your structural capacity and what you are working toward — with the coaching and accountability to execute it properly.

Ongoing Coaching & Support

Regular check-ins, body composition tracking, and programme adjustments ensure continuous progress. Nutrition and lifestyle support are integrated throughout - not offered as an afterthought. Long-term development. Not a programme with an end date.

Physical Consultation & Movement Assessment

Session one covers everything. Training history, injury history, movement background, and long-term intent are all reviewed and documented. Then we move — every major joint, every key movement pattern, assessed hands-on and filmed. You will begin learning how to perform movements correctly for your specific body. Not generic form. Your form — biomechanically precise, lowest injury risk, built for the results you are here for.

Strength Benchmarking

Session two establishes your baseline. We test your current capacity across the key movements — documenting exactly where you are right now on the lifts and patterns that matter. Every rep is performed with the technique developed in session one. Your starting point is measured precisely so that every step of progress forward is equally precise. You will continue to refine movement execution throughout.

Program Delivery & Integration

Session three is where it all comes together. Your completed programme is delivered and walked through in full — what you are doing, why each movement is selected for you, and exactly how it is going to look executed for your goals and your body. Nothing is handed over without understanding. You leave knowing the plan, owning the technique, and ready to train with purpose.
